Bayview Resort - did I make a mistake?

Have a reservation at the Bayview Resort 4/5-4/8. Should have read reviews first but didn%26#39;t. Now I%26#39;m getting nervous that it%26#39;s not the best place to stay with grandchildren. Any thoughts or advice welcome. Help!

I think it will be fine, They have a nice indoor pool area, and a outside water fountain play area for the kids. I think you will be fine. I hope you enjoy it.

Well, I%26#39;ve never stayed there but like you, I read hit and miss reviews. The rooms look to be relatively nice. What eliminated it for us was the absence of an outdoor pool and what others have deemed a small indoor pool area. Pools are very important to the kids in my group.

I guess it comes down to whats important to you on a trip. Would you spend most of your time away from the hotel doing activities or at the beach? If so, I wouldn%26#39;t worry too much about it, as long as my room is nice and clean. If you were looking for a hotel with more activities or water features, you may want to reconsider. But its so close to your trip departure, that you may not be able to get rates comparable to what you%26#39;ve already booked.

Either way I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll still have a great trip.
