I know this should be posted on the Panama City Forum and I DID post on there. But, I am not having any luck finding any kid-friendly things to do in Panama City. My teen-age daughter is really wanting to go there. I was planning on Myrtle Beach again. My 2 youngest (6 and 7 years old) love MB. They love the beach and the indoor pool and lazy river at the hotel. I can%26#39;t find any kid-friendly things to do in Panama City. And, the hotel I am planning on staying at has no indoor pools either. Is this town really just for teen-agers and partying adults???
Help Please
Haven%26#39;t been there but perhaps this website can be useful:

Have you tried posting on other Florida forums, perhaps some other cities that are nearby. Often people ask questions about Charleston here and many people can give them helpful information.
Good luck! From what I saw it looks like a lovely destination!
Help Please
I have found the same problem in Florida in general. We are planning a Myrtle Beach trip for spring break (03/31 to 04/05) and were looking into other options since the weather is ';ify'; and have looked into Pensacola and Panama City and it seems most places don%26#39;t do the indoor water other than a pool and lot of places didn%26#39;t even do that. We went to Gulf Shores 07 spring break and the place we stayed had an indoor pool and hot tub but no lazy river or kids stuff. The weather was great and we got in the ocean some every day but the outdoor pool was too cold for us. Also some of my family goes to Panama City in the summer every year and they stay in a beach house close to but not on the beach and I don%26#39;t know when you are planning on going but she likes the bars and told me to stay away during spring break time periods. ( I have 15 and 16 yr old girls)Hope that helps!
Coming from someone who lived in FLA for 12 yrs YES Panama City is really a for teenagersa and partying adults. It%26#39;s one of the top destinations for Spring Breakers and Senior trips. Sorry to disappoint you or maybe I should say your daughter but I would stick to MB the 2 smaller ones are going to get the most out of it and in the end so will your teenager. (we have a 20 yr old 16 yr old and 11 yr old) There is something for everyone and everyone always ends up having a great time at MB. Don%26#39;t get me wrong we still go to FLA too but we do St. Pete, Clearwater, Orlando area and not during SB or Sr. Wk.
Hope you figure it out and all works out.
