Our family is going on vacation to SC in July. Looking for inexpensive mom and pop motels with oceanfront efficiencies. Any ideas? Never been to this area before. Doesn%26#39;t have to be Myrtle Beach area. Thanks!

Try Lighthouse Motel and Waikiki Village - both get good reviews and are older places that seem to be good and clean. I know Lighthouse doesn%26#39;t have a website, we checked them out last fall and had to call but they were very nice on the phone.
Waikiki Village is not oceanfront, it is across the street. they do not have a website.
