You might want to try renting a timeshare through listings at RedWeek.com. The Marriott Grande Ocean is a wonderful property and I believe owners have some units listed for those weeks.

Check the listings on Homeaway.com or VRBO.com for oceanfront properties.
Also contact vacation company or island getaway if you want to go through a reputable agency.

We rent through VRBO and rent at Beachwood Place, I can%26#39;t remember the actual number but it has a few 7%26#39;s in it LOL the unit is all very new and the owners are excellent :) It is very very reasonable and the fist week of August is available. I only know this because I just had to shorten my vacation and cancel that week :(
okay, I lied, the last week in July is available, sorry the first week of August is mine :) But I believe there were other August weeks available.
I agree with Stan and strongly recommend vrbo.com and homeaway.com. We%26#39;ve used these sites many times for HHI and other places, even Europe! In fact, have found our HHI condo for upcoming spring break on homeaway.
