I am in HH the first week of April and have heard of a boat tour to Guafuskie that focuses on Gullah culture and includes dinner there. Is anyone aware of such a tour?

I believe you mean Daufuskie Island. There are many tourist booklets on HHI that provide info about the tours to Daufuskie. You might also be able to Google it and get something via internet.

It mentions a tour of Daufauskie, but it is not only a Gullah tour. The Gullah Heritage tour, also found on that page is Gullah history only.
