I am trying to decide between these two properties. We are looking to stay in efficiency and want a clean and safe place. We are coming with our daughter; she will be 10 months old. What location for beach and overall quality is better.

Not sure when you are coming but double check with TOTG about their pools being ready. YOu may also want to make sure they allow 3 in an efficiency. The website for TOTG said one adult and 2 children needed 2 rooms.
