Will the construction around Coligny Plaza impact on guests staying at the SeaCrest or Shorewood, such as noise or traffic? Can guests still walk to Coligny Plaza from either location?

tghe answer is yes. the contract should be finished in May, but like all things human, that may not be the case.
As for walking, SeaCrest is right across the street, and you should not be impeded getting there.
Shorewood is on the other side of the circle, and you will have to navigate the construction area. Since you are walking, and the construction is road construction, I do not believe they will impede the sidewalks.

NO! NO!
It should only be a minor nuisance.
