I was looking at Seacrest on google Earth. What is located next door to Seacrest?

The Breakers are on one side, private homes on the other.

It is also across the street from Coligny plaza.

Great Forest Beach Location.

The thing I saw must have been the Breakers, then. There appears to also be maybe a hotel near by. I saw Coligny Circle. Is that where Coligny Plaza is located?

yes that is Coligny and the Holiday Inn is the Hotel. Ocean One is right next to the HI.
