Breakers ';Proper'; vs Breakers ';Sailfish Tower';

Can anyone tell me why the rates seem to be so much lower in the Sailfish Tower. I have been looking at VRBO and the rates for a 1 br seem to be 200-400/wk lower in that tower.

Do you still have access to all the water amenities if you book in the Sailfish?

Sailfish tower is 5 hotels to the north of the paradise tower where the ship is located.

Sailfish is also a older building with furnishing that is mostly likely not as nice and on the older side. if you are renting from a private owner you may not know what you are truely getting unless owner shows you current pictures or refereces.

IMO that is why it is cheaper.

I think you still can use all the water amenities but ask the owner to be on the safe side.

Sailfish has a few upgrades so it should still be decent. And you have access to all of the Breakers water activities at all of the buildings. You can walk beachside from Sailfish to the paradise building as all of the buildings in between are owned by the Breakers. As stated before, it%26#39;s cheaper because it doesn%26#39;t have the ammenities as the other buildings and it%26#39;s older and also it wasn%26#39;t one of the original buildings owned by the Breakers.

If you are on a budget or do not want to pay extra for the other Breakers buildings, then I would say book Sailfish. I would check with the owner to make sure you have access to all amenities in other buildings though. Sometimes the contracts can be different by owner.
